Simon Wan President China Team International / Cornerstone China
Simon began his career with the Chicago-based Marmon Group's Getz Brothers Corporation, managing a large portfolio of consumer brand sales for the Hong Kong and China markets. He later joined Carnation Food Company as China General Manager & returned to Canada & served as International Trade Director, China & South Pacific, Ministry of International Trade for the Province of Alberta, Canada. In this market entry consulting role, Simon assisted many North American & Chinese companies in building trade with China and North America.
In 1993, Simon relocated to Shanghai & joined the British Inchcape Group of Companies as Chief Executive, Central China. Inchcape specialized in automotive retailing, buying services and marketing distribution in China. In 1995, Simon joined Philips Electronics China Group and served as General Manager for some 8 years at various divisions of Philips Lighting.
In 2003, Simon joined China Team International as President & continues to be based in Shanghai. In 2004, China Team International was recognized by the industry as "the China Recruitment firm of the year ", a distinguish award for the very best executive search firm with proven track records in China.
Simon is a native of Hong Kong and received his tertiary education in Canada. He holds MBA and Bachelor degrees from the University of Alberta, Canada.

This senior-level consulting has included numerous executive evaluations of Chairpersons, Presidents, Managing Directors, and other top management in virtually every industry. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Mr. Guy served as a Group Executive for five subsidiaries of an NYSE-listed conglomerate (International Industries Inc.) with worldwide responsibility. Mr. Guy holds a degree in business administration and a degree in economics from CSUN, and has guest lectured to students from many colleges including Stanford, USC, UCLA, UCI, Drucker Graduate School of Management (Claremont Colleges), SFV College of Law, etc. Additionally, he has written many articles, books, and guest columns on the subjects of career planning and organizational leadership
